Good evening,

Users have been asking us how they add a particular Add-on to the Build. You may have a sub Add-on, or an Add-on, which you use, what isn’t on the Build..  It is really easy, once you know how to do it, so in this post I will show you how to do that. For the Guide purposes only, I will be adding a test repo, which is called Friends & Family Build.

First of all, you need to head to the System Submenu, and click on File Manager (See pic below)

Once you click on File Manager, you will be greeted by the File manager screen as shown in the pic below:

You need to press up once, (A faster way, instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom) And find ”Add Source” which is at the very bottom of the list as shown in the picture below:

Once you click on ”Add Source” you will see a box menu, as shown in the pic below:

You need to click on the top option, where is says <None> and enter the Repo URL. For this example only I am adding the following url: http://faf.kirksbuild.co.uk

As shown in the pic below:

Once you have entered the URL, click ”Done” And then enter the second box, and Name the Repo. (For this example, I have named the repo Kirks Test) As shown below:

Again, once you have entered the name of the Repo, click ”Done” And then go across on the main box, and click ”OK” (As shown below)

Once you have clicked Ok, you have added the Url to your Repo. Now you need to install it.

Now, head over to the Add-Ons Submenu, and click on Add-On Browser, as shown below:

Once you click on Add-On Browser, you will see a list of options, you need to click ”Install from Zip file” (As shown Below)

You will now see the list, that you previously seen in File Manager, only this is where you install the Repo. (See pic below)

You now need to scroll down, and find the file you named, so for this Test, I need to find ”Kirks Test” As shown below:

Once you find the named file, you need to click on the Zip file, as shown below:

When you click the Zip file, this will now install the Repo. And you will see a notification, at the top of the screen, to say your Repo/Add-On, has been installed. (As shown below)

Your Repo/Add-on, is now installed. You can access your Repo, in the ”Install from repository” in Add-On browser. Or if you’ve installed an Add-on, you can now open it in Video-Addons.

I hope this guide was useful, please feel free to comment below, if you have any questions, and we will get back to you.

Thank-You for reading my post.
